Run it Along the Ground

You won’t get points for visual appeal, but if there’s no trouble between you and the green, trying to get the ball airborne may not be your best option.
If you’re close enough, you may want to consider using a mid-iron (or even a long one) to scoot a low, running and rolling shot to the green instead.
Definitely something you’ll want to practice at least a few times prior to get a feel for it before actually putting it into play.
