I hear this tip too often to ignore: Emulate the swing of a pro that most closely matches you physically. Easier said than done. Finding someone to copy’s just part of the predicament; the other’s the need to view the desired swing on demand, as often as you want. This gem of a site makes this task oodles easier!
With over 100 free video clips online of pro golf swings past and present, I bet you’ll find something you’ll want to try cloning. And, if for some bizarre reason cloning a U.S. President’s swing is your thing, they’ve got a few of those too. Another must bookmark site! [GO]

Here are three short, easy-to-follow video clips of exercises, in varying degrees of difficulty, that you can do to help develop your “core strength.” By Katherine Roberts, a golf fitness guru often seen on The Golf Channel, the exercises don’t really look all that difficult to do, nor time consuming.
I plan to start doing these myself, unless I get distracted (a common problem). Interestingly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a clip of the very fit-looking Ms. Roberts actually hitting a full golf shot. I have no reason to doubt her golf prowess, but aren’t you curious to see how far she can really hit her drives? [GO]
