GolfRoots Return Policy
GolfRoots now offers a 60-day trial period for all pre-owned and new club purchases. Customers can try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, may ship the items back to GolfRoots within 60 days of receiving them. They will then receive 100% back in-store credit or 100% money-back (minus a 3% - $15 minimum - restocking fee and other potential deductions based on condition change).

The 60-Day Guarantee applies to all new or pre-owned clubs purchased online. For pre-owned clubs, a customer will receive 100% money back (with a 3% - minimum of $15 - restocking fee) or 100% store credit match if the items are returned within 60 days of initially receiving the item, in similar condition as the time of purchase, and it is the customer’s first return of that club type for the year (different types include drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters). If a club is brand new when shipped (in the wrapper), and not returned in the same condition, a deduction will occur as the club will have lost market value. A 45% restocking fee is applied if the item’s condition has changed considerably; however, GolfRoots reserves the right to increase the number if the damage is deemed significant, and if the club is designated as unusable or unsellable (due to physical club condition), return funds may not be guaranteed. If a customer is returning a second club of the same club type in a year, he or she will receive 50% money back or 75% store credit match.

Any returned club that has been modified or customized (e.g., cut down, extended) will be subject to an additional restocking fee of at least $30. This fee covers the cost of restoring the club to its original specifications when possible. 

Any customization purchased by the customer is non-refundable (e.g. if a customer chooses to pay for a re-grip and subsequently wants to return the club, the club may be returned for cash or credit but not the additional re-grip charge).

No credit or money-back refunds will be initiated until the club or clubs have been completely returned to GolfRoots and has been inspected by the GolfRoots team. Orders will not have shipping cost refunded. 

(note: for orders outside the continental United States, the buyer will pay return shipping)  

GolfRoots Cancellation Policy
For any order that is cancelled before the item(s) has shipped, GolfRoots will deduct a standard 3% fee - to cover the cost of the transaction. There are no minimums for this cancellation policy and the 3% will be applied to all orders automatically.
